Enfilade has a bumpy story, but a great one nonetheless. We've been together since the spring of 2006, and just recently played our very first show on Feb. 9th, 2008(we had a very impressive turnout for being the opening group). Having gone through countless names, we were finally able to settle on one, and one with deep meaning too. 'A barrage of gunfire' is the literal translation of en filade, but it also means  'to thread'. We all come from being fans of different musical backgrounds: Metal (and most of its sub-genres), Classic Rock, Blues, Rock, Alternative, and other non-metal/rock genres. We pride ourselves in this fact, and hope that by it, we will bring to the table a unique sound unto itself.
